TJ Films – Wedding Videography FAQ
1. Do we need a wedding videographer if we already have a photographer?
Yes. Photos capture moments, but a wedding film preserves the movement, sound, and emotions of your day, your vows, laughter, and atmosphere. Videography and photography complement each other.
2. What makes TJ Films different from other videographers?
We specialise in cinematic wedding storytelling. Discreet filming, natural moments, and a timeless edit that feels personal to you.
3. How far in advance should we book?
Couples usually book 12–18 months ahead to be safe, especially for summer weddings. Booking early secures your date. If you arent yet sure, please do enquire anyway and we will do our best to work with you.
4. How long is the wedding film?
Depending on your package, you’ll receive a cinematic highlights film (3–8 minutes) that weaves in snippets from your ceremony, speeches, and first dance, plus separate full films of these key moments.
5. How long does it take to receive our film?
We usually deliver all films within two weeks, depending on the package. If we’re experiencing a backlog during busy periods, this may extend to 3–4 weeks. Every film is edited with care to ensure your story is told beautifully.
6. Do you offer drone footage?
Yes, we’re approved drone operators to get aerial shots. Whether we can fly on the day depends on the venue, local rules, and the weather. Once everything’s clear, we’ll get those sweeping aerial shots that show your day from a completely new angle.
7. Will you be intrusive on the wedding day?
No. Our approach is unobtrusive, we blend in with your guests to capture candid, natural moments.
8. How do we book TJ Films?
Complete our contact form with your date and details. Once we’ve gone through all your details and had a chat with you to make sure you’re happy to proceed, a booking fee will be required to secure your day, with the remaining balance due before the wedding.
